Defy: The Social Entrepreneurship Challenge

    Please follow these instructions:
    1. Input the name, valid e-mail, and contact number of the point person in the respective fields.
    2. In the comment section, include the name and university of each member. A minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) members per group is allowed.  A group may be composed of students from different universities.
    3. The point person shall receive a reply approximately after one (1) day if the registration is received by the committee. In case you are not able to receive a reply, kindly re-submit your registration.
    4. Your registration will not be entertained if it does not follow the instructions.
